Life of a Dog Idea

I thought this idea was very good because it is very unique and if I did this the right way I would be able to draw the reader in. This short film would follow the day of a dog which would consist of the dogs general day of walking, sleeping and eating. This film would be made of mostly P.O.V. shots in order to put the audience in the dogs shoes and to make the audience feel connected to the dog. Low angle shots would also be used in order to highlight the high difference between people and the dog. This would also make the audience wonder what it is like to actually be a dog.

This idea originated from a variety of different short films and clips which focused on different animals which encourages the audience to keep watching because of the focus on one character/object.

The movie 'Jaws' (1975) also inspired me because Spielberg used vast amounts of P.O.V. shots of the shark in order to make the audience feel connected with the shark and to build tension.
